Job Summary
A company is looking for a Merchant Support Specialist to optimize the value of partnerships with merchants through onboarding and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure merchant success by providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels
- Troubleshoot and diagnose software issues while documenting and escalating unresolved concerns
- Gather merchant feedback to improve products and contribute to internal documentation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years in a customer or merchant support role
- Experience in global companies with flexible working hours
- Proven ability to build strong customer partnerships and creatively meet their needs
- Familiarity with tools such as Front, JIRA, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Slack is preferred
- Experience in B2B SaaS, ecommerce, or Shopify is a plus
