Job Summary

A company is looking for a Merchant Support Specialist to optimize the value of partnerships with merchants through onboarding and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure merchant success by providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose software issues while documenting and escalating unresolved concerns
  • Gather merchant feedback to improve products and contribute to internal documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years in a customer or merchant support role
  • Experience in global companies with flexible working hours
  • Proven ability to build strong customer partnerships and creatively meet their needs
  • Familiarity with tools such as Front, JIRA, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Slack is preferred
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, ecommerce, or Shopify is a plus
