Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new credit card applications
- Communicate with the sales team and address client inquiries related to onboarding
- Continuously improve onboarding systems and processes for enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- GED or High School Diploma; College Degree preferred
- Ability to apply broad product knowledge and sales skills
- Capable of copywriting materials
- Ability to coordinate the work of others
- Proficient in all MS Office applications and internet use
