Job Summary
Delivering exceptional service to merchants, the full-time Specialist I, Merchant Support will respond to inquiries regarding deposits, statements, and account matters while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze payment-related issues and provide sustainable solutions while assisting with disputes
- Collaborate with internal teams for escalations or complex queries and maintain strong knowledge of systems used by the Merchant Support team
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements, ensuring high-quality customer service to merchants and partners
Required qualifications
- Beginner to intermediate functional skills with a growing competence in the role
- Experience in customer service, managing challenging situations and delivering prompt support
- Proactive mindset to identify process gaps affecting merchant experience
- Strong product knowledge of Payroc's offerings to effectively meet merchant needs
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
