Job Summary

Delivering exceptional service to merchants, the full-time Specialist I, Merchant Support will respond to inquiries regarding deposits, statements, and account matters while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze payment-related issues and provide sustainable solutions while assisting with disputes
  • Collaborate with internal teams for escalations or complex queries and maintain strong knowledge of systems used by the Merchant Support team
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements, ensuring high-quality customer service to merchants and partners
Required qualifications
  • Beginner to intermediate functional skills with a growing competence in the role
  • Experience in customer service, managing challenging situations and delivering prompt support
  • Proactive mindset to identify process gaps affecting merchant experience
  • Strong product knowledge of Payroc's offerings to effectively meet merchant needs
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
