Job Summary
Providing high-quality customer service remotely, the full-time Merchant Terminal Support Specialist will respond to merchant inquiries regarding credit card processing, troubleshoot issues, and communicate relevant policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to telephone inquiries and requests from merchants regarding credit card processing support
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with service and processing terminals, providing effective solutions
- Communicate applicable policies and procedures to merchants and request exceptions when necessary
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of customer service experience
- Thorough knowledge of problem resolution practices and applicable regulations
- Proficient computer navigation skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Elavon systems or Merchant Payment Services is a plus
