Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contractor - Merger, Acquisition and Divestiture Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to assigned accounts and support MAD projects
  • Develop, track, and report against customer-specific project plans
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer objectives are met
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing implementation or project management role, preferably in healthcare IT
  • Experience with Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and experience with project reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
