Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contractor - Merger, Acquisition and Divestiture Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to assigned accounts and support MAD projects
- Develop, track, and report against customer-specific project plans
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer objectives are met
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing implementation or project management role, preferably in healthcare IT
- Experience with Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and experience with project reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
