Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mergers & Acquisitions HR Project Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and advise on potential global acquisition targets, identifying associated Talent-related risks, opportunities, and challenges
  • Coordinate integration plans with business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Smoothly transition ongoing Talent integration needs to the wider Talent team
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Minimum 7-10 years' experience in project management
  • Preferred 5+ years' experience in human resources
  • Experience working internationally strongly preferred
  • Project Management Certificate preferred
