Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mergers & Acquisitions HR Project Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and advise on potential global acquisition targets, identifying associated Talent-related risks, opportunities, and challenges
- Coordinate integration plans with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Smoothly transition ongoing Talent integration needs to the wider Talent team
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Mergers & Acquisitions
- Minimum 7-10 years' experience in project management
- Preferred 5+ years' experience in human resources
- Experience working internationally strongly preferred
- Project Management Certificate preferred
