Job Summary
Leading the critical phase of M&A execution, the full-time remote Mergers & Acquisitions Integration Lead will manage integration strategies from diligence through post-close follow-through, ensuring alignment across business units and delivering intended value from transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the development and implementation of integration strategies, including clear ownership, milestones, and risk management
- Define practical integration goals across various business functions and ensure alignment with overall business strategy
- Partner with deal teams to assess integration considerations and monitor integration status, proactively addressing issues and risks
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business roles focused on strategy, operations, or outcomes with government or commercial customers
- Experience in optimizing business operation functions such as HR, finance, IT, and legal to enable successful delivery
- Proven track record of leading large-scale organizational changes, including acquisitions and new operating constructs
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and executing strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Strong operating judgment with the ability to navigate ambiguous, fast-moving environments
