Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mergers & Acquisitions Senior Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and drive the execution of mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments
Conduct business case development for potential acquisitions
Work alongside M&A integration team and Business Unit GMs on acquired company financial operating plan post close

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate development
Extensive training in financial modeling
Ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment
Highly self-motivated and directed
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
