Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mergers & Acquisitions Senior Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and drive the execution of mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments
  • Conduct business case development for potential acquisitions
  • Work alongside M&A integration team and Business Unit GMs on acquired company financial operating plan post close

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate development
  • Extensive training in financial modeling
  • Ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment
  • Highly self-motivated and directed
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
