Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time Mergers and Acquisitions Finance Program Manager will oversee the delivery of complex programs, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project execution in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver programs within scope, quality, time, and budget while managing associated risks
- Engage in strategic planning and complex issue resolution, collaborating with executive management
- Oversee project scope definition, requirements gathering, budgeting, scheduling, and status reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or related area
- 10+ years of finance/accounting experience focused on analysis and decision support
- 10+ years of project/program management experience, specifically in M&A
- Proficiency with G Suite and virtual data rooms
- Experience with AI tooling and software development lifecycle
