Mergers and Acquisitions Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mergers Acquisitions and Divestitures Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively prioritize requests and apply Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
• Build relationships with stakeholders and manage conflicts to achieve timely outcomes
• Adjust strategies based on organizational priorities and use data for decision-making and progress tracking

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of relevant experience
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
• CAPM and/or PMP Certification, or relevant training/experience preferred
• Managed Service Provider and Vendor Management experience preferred
• 10+ years of project management experience preferred
