Job Summary

A company is looking for a M&A Solutions Security Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Define MADJV security control baselines aligned to the client Control Framework
• Document the end-to-end MADJV security process including roles and responsibilities
• Develop and deliver training and enablement materials for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Joint Ventures (MADJV) from an IT security perspective
• Ability to define control baselines for acquisition and divestiture scenarios
• Experience in developing playbooks and executive-level documentation
• Knowledge of integrating MADJV control requirements into workflows
• Experience in creating business consumable guidance and training
