Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, M&A to support strategic acquisition-related activities and provide legal expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support M&A and strategic acquisition activities, including venture capital agenda
• Partner with executives and stakeholders to anticipate future trends and risks
• Negotiate complex business transactions and resolve legal issues

Qualifications:

• J.D. required
• 8+ years of legal experience, specifically in M&A
• Excellent legal and business judgment skills
• Experience in independently negotiating complex business transactions
• Proactive in pursuing continuous improvement and addressing business needs
