MES Acceleration Leader
Job Summary
To drive execution and manage system dependencies, the remote contract MES Acceleration Leader will provide functional leadership across Manufacturing Execution System workstreams, ensuring seamless integration with SAP and legacy systems.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate MES acceleration priorities, workstream roadmaps, and project status across cross-functional groups
- Partner with executive leadership to resolve technical blockers and track critical system dependencies
- Facilitate functional requirements for system integrations connecting MES, SAP, and legacy architectures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience leading functional MES initiatives within manufacturing environments
- Hands-on experience with production routings, work orders, and shop-floor execution workflows
- Strong working knowledge of SAP systems and enterprise integration interfaces
- Availability to work a 4-day, 10-hour/day schedule (Monday-Thursday, Eastern Time)
