MES Acceleration Leader
Job Summary
To drive execution across critical Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) workstreams, the contract MES Acceleration Leader will provide functional leadership and coordination, partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams in a remote, four-day workweek position.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate MES acceleration initiatives, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables
- Monitor and communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to both business and technical audiences
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions while supporting integration with SAP and legacy systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated project management experience, including planning and status reporting
- Working knowledge of SAP and system integrations/interfaces
- Proven ability to lead workstreams and coordinate efforts across business and technical teams
