Job Summary

A company is looking for a MES Support Analyst with expertise in Rockwell PharmaSuite.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to shop floor operators using the Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
Troubleshoot and resolve MES issues, primarily with Rockwell PharmaSuite
Triage, investigate, and manage all MES-related ServiceNow tickets

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience with Rockwell PharmaSuite MES
Strong knowledge of Manufacturing IT applications and system interfaces
Proficiency with ServiceNow ticketing system
Experience in IT troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment
