Messaging Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Messaging Compliance Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary authority on Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging standards and compliance
• Act as the main customer-facing resource for compliance inquiries and guide clients through onboarding and best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging strategies with regulatory requirements and assist in product development and QA testing

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and customer inquiries
• Proactive mindset for identifying compliance issues before they affect customers
• Knowledge of US-based Messaging Compliance (10DLC, Short Code, Toll-Free) is a plus
• Familiarity with CTIA guidelines and the messaging ecosystem is preferred
