Messaging Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a MS Messaging Engineer responsible for the administration of MS Exchange and related technologies in large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain MS Exchange, Teams, and Skype environments, ensuring stability and performance
• Provide tier three troubleshooting support and resolve complex messaging issues
• Develop and automate processes using PowerShell or other scripting technologies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in an enterprise Microsoft messaging environment (5,000+ users)
• Relevant Microsoft certification (MCTS/MCITP/MCSE) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field is desired
• Experience with Active Directory, ADFS, and Azure synchronization
• Availability for off-hours escalations as part of an On-Call support rotation
