Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange environments, both on-premises and online
Implement and configure email authentication protocols such as DMARC, SPF, and DKIM
Enhance email security and manage directory synchronization in complex enterprise settings

Required Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory
Hands-on knowledge of hybrid Exchange configurations
Familiarity with email authentication and security protocols
Proficiency in troubleshooting mail flow and managing directory synchronization
Experience with Microsoft 365 compliance tools
