Job Summary
To support the Strategy & Operations team, the full-time Messaging Strategy Operations Manager will manage complex operational workflows for product launches, partner processes, and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and enhance end-to-end operational workflows for product initiatives, ensuring effective tracking and support
- Translate partner requirements and internal constraints into clear processes and documentation for stakeholders
- Maintain and improve operational visibility through source-of-truth trackers and dashboards across various tools
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in operations, program management, or a related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams
- Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Looker, Google Sheets, and Zapier
- Ability to create structured processes from ambiguous requirements and document workflows effectively
- Self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to identifying risks and improving operational quality
