Messaging Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Messaging SME.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide third level support for SMTP issues and manage internal fax solution appliances
• Support merger and acquisition activities, ensuring effective collaboration and communication with external support teams
• Monitor operations status, perform technical analysis, and ensure compliance with technical operating instructions

Required Qualifications

• Good knowledge of SMTP mail routing, DNS, MX records, and SPF
• Experience with PowerShell and scripting is advantageous
• More than 2 years of experience in a global environment and leadership experience is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Compliance Center (Purview) and Azure
• General understanding of the entire M365 Suite and Microsoft Licensing for Exchange
