Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Enterprise Messaging & Collaboration Systems Engineer will design, implement, and support messaging and collaboration solutions for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise messaging and collaboration solutions
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for messaging systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate messaging solutions with existing systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience with enterprise messaging platforms such as Microsoft Exchange or similar
• Strong knowledge of collaboration tools and technologies
• Proficiency in scripting and automation for system management
• Relevant certifications in messaging or collaboration technologies preferred
