Job Summary
A company is looking for a Paid Social Ads Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta's platforms
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign objectives and execution
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads for a digital business, preferably subscription-based B2C
- Familiarity with Meta's advertising policies and best practices
- Understanding of B2C app business metrics like CPA, AOV, LTV, and CTR
- Experience with media advertising platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, or TikTok is a plus
- Ability to generate new ideas and test innovative approaches
