Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paid Social Ads Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta's platforms
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign objectives and execution

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads for a digital business, preferably subscription-based B2C
  • Familiarity with Meta's advertising policies and best practices
  • Understanding of B2C app business metrics like CPA, AOV, LTV, and CTR
  • Experience with media advertising platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, or TikTok is a plus
  • Ability to generate new ideas and test innovative approaches
