Metabolic Support Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Metabolic Support Specialist will manage customer onboarding and support, provide technical assistance on metabolic testing, and ensure operational efficiency while working remotely in the Eastern Time Zone with occasional travel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage new-user onboarding and respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels
• Develop a deep understanding of metabolic testing principles and assist customers in interpreting test results
• Utilize internal tools to track support metrics and maintain organized documentation of customer interactions

Required qualifications

• Formal training in exercise physiology, kinesiology, health sciences, or a related field; Master's degree or PhD preferred
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in health, fitness, or human performance environments
• Current or pursuing certifications such as CSCS or CPT from recognized organizations
• Strong ability to communicate complex physiological concepts clearly
• Proficiency with technology and data management tools
