Metabolism Competitive Intelligence Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Competitive Intelligence, Metabolism Director to help transform natural compounds into life-changing medicines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage the competitive intelligence (CI) system for metabolic health, including monitoring competitors' activities and translating data into actionable insights
• Define key CI topics for the metabolism program and continuously refine them as the landscape evolves
• Lead CI planning and execution for key scientific and medical conferences in metabolism

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in biopharmaceuticals, biotech, or healthcare consulting, with 4-5 years specifically in competitive intelligence or commercial strategy
• 2+ years of experience working in metabolism (e.g., Obesity, T2D)
• Proven track record of influencing strategy through competitive intelligence work
• Strong scientific acumen and business sense to engage with scientific and clinical teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and take ownership of projects
