Job Summary
Serving as a technical expert for the sales team, the full-time Meter Specialist will advise customers on troubleshooting technical issues, provide solution-oriented sales guidance, and manage both office and field servicing of utility measurement technologies in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect new accounts and retain existing ones while increasing opportunities with current customers
- Deliver solution-oriented technical products and services, including installations and configurations, to assigned customers
- Provide strategic direction to the local sales team and act as a liaison between customers and company engineering representatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- 2-3 years of experience in a related field
