Metrology Process Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating with process and integration experts, the full-time Metrology Process Engineer will qualify Low and High NA EUV lithography processes and drive technology development projects remotely while influencing future memory technologies.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate metrology processes for advanced memory technologies
• Drive yield improvement, failure analysis, and device performance optimization
• Document processes, communicate results, and support technology transfer to manufacturing

Required qualifications:

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical degree
• B.S. with 2+ years of semiconductor processing experience with an emphasis on metrology will also be considered
• Experience or working knowledge in metrology or semiconductor process development
• Working knowledge of process characterization, data analysis, and statistical methods
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional technical teams
