Mexico Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

The remote Mexico Payroll Specialist will manage the end-to-end processing of payroll for clients, ensuring compliance and accuracy while handling payroll inputs, calculations, and reporting in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete payroll processing for a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery
• Maintain compliance with Mexico payroll regulations, including statutory filings and employee lifecycle management
• Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing payroll queries and supporting new client onboarding

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience with strong knowledge of Mexico payroll requirements
• Deep understanding of statutory filing requirements and payroll regulations in Mexico
• Experience with payroll systems such as SUA, SIPARE, and IDSE
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll-related software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple payroll cycles remotely
