MGA Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Hands-on and detail-driven, the full-time remote MGA Delivery Manager will coordinate and deliver initiatives, projects, and operational activities to build, launch, and scale MGAs, partnering closely with Account Directors and various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Directors to turn strategic objectives into completed outcomes and support MGA growth through project coordination
• Lead the onboarding and launch of new MGAs, ensuring all operational processes and partner arrangements are ready ahead of launch
• Take ownership of business delivery initiatives, coordinating stakeholders and identifying blockers to ensure timely execution

Required qualifications

• Experience working within insurance, preferably with an MGA, broker, insurer, or delegated authority business
• Strong business delivery, implementation, or operational project experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
• Commercial awareness and understanding of MGA operations
