Job Summary

A company is looking for an Obesity Medicine Nurse Practitioner - Telemedicine W2.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide longitudinal telehealth care for patients with obesity
• Collaborate with physicians and registered dietitians to deliver team-based care
• Conduct telemedicine visits with a focus on evidence-based lifestyle counseling and pharmacotherapy

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Nurse Practitioner degree with experience in obesity medicine
• Licensed to practice and prescribe in MI and OH, with preference for additional state licenses
• 2+ years of experience in outpatient or obesity medicine, endocrinology, or bariatrics
• Prior experience conducting telemedicine visits
• Bilingual candidates with medical fluency in Spanish are highly preferred
