Key Responsibilities

Assist dealerships and auto manufacturer employees with parts information via calls
Locate parts in an online catalog and place part orders
Research and learn about new auto parts to provide accurate solutions

Required Qualifications

One or more years of experience in an automotive retailer or dealership parts department
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern time
Michigan residency with a distraction-free work environment
High-speed internet connection through a wired provider
