A company is looking for a State Division Administrator 17 - Child Welfare Federal Compliance and Funding Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee statewide administration and compliance with federal child welfare funding streams
  • Direct the work of administrative managers in federal compliance and centralized Child Welfare Funding Specialist unit
  • Maximize Michigan's share of federal funding related to child welfare programs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in any major
  • Two years of experience as a professional manager or program/staff specialist
  • Alternative qualifications include high school completion with three years of relevant experience or two years at a higher level
  • Successful completion of a background investigation and criminal records check is required
  • Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid schedule within Michigan may be considered
