Job Summary

To ensure adherence to regulatory reporting requirements, the full-time remote Michigan Compliance Reporting Analyst will manage state reporting procedures, conduct internal audits, and analyze data to identify compliance gaps.

Key responsibilities

• Manage compliance with Michigan Department of Education state reporting procedures and requirements
• Conduct internal audits related to student data reporting and evaluate compliance with pupil accounting rules
• Analyze data and internal controls to identify risks, deficiencies, and compliance gaps

Required qualifications

• Expertise in Michigan state reporting procedures and requirements
• Strong knowledge of county audit processes and support for desk and field audits
• Experience managing PowerSchool SIS data and related reporting workflows
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated ability to monitor updates to state regulations and apply changes to reporting practices
