Job Summary
Building and maintaining strong relationships with VIP players, the full-time Michigan Gaming Licensed Player Executive will deliver exceptional service experiences, drive customer engagement, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the VIP experience while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players through personalized service and loyalty initiatives
- Drive customer engagement and revenue growth through proactive outreach and relationship-building strategies
- Analyze player activity and performance trends to enhance engagement, retention, and revenue opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field, or 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in building strong customer relationships, particularly with high-value or VIP clients
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and develop actionable strategies
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required State Gaming Licenses
- Knowledge of revenue-driving strategies and balancing customer satisfaction with business objectives
