Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Home Care Intake and Client Services Coordinator, the full-time remote position will manage inbound calls, gather client information, explain services, and schedule assessments for individuals seeking home care in Michigan.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and document client information accurately
  • Explain available home care services and schedule consultations
  • Maintain accurate records within CRM and address client questions and concerns
Required qualifications
  • Home care intake, client services, or scheduling experience required
  • Previous call center or remote customer service experience required
  • Must reside in the State of Michigan, with preference for candidates within 25 miles of Troy
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
