Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Home Care Intake and Client Services Coordinator, this remote position will manage inbound client calls, gather information, explain services, and schedule assessments for prospective clients in Michigan.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and document client information while providing compassionate customer service
- Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments, routing inquiries to appropriate teams
- Maintain accurate records within CRM systems and track client interactions and communications
Required qualifications
- Home care intake, client services, or scheduling experience required
- Previous call center or high-volume inbound phone support experience required
- Must reside in the State of Michigan, with preference for candidates within 25 miles of Troy
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a high-speed internet connection
- Comfortable learning new software systems and technology
