Job Summary

A company is looking for an HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental programs for small to medium-sized clients in the Detroit area.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental initiatives
• Manage regulatory compliance and develop risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks
• Monitor incident reports and provide recommendations for risk prevention and compliance improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Additional certifications as required by local authorities
• Leadership skills to motivate teams and improve departmental effectiveness
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to handle sensitive information and convey performance expectations
