Job Summary

Assisting with monthly financial statements and reconciliations, the full-time Michigan Licensed Accountant will prepare annual budgets, support external audits, and manage accounts payable processes in a healthcare setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements and reconciliations for multiple companies
• Support the annual budgeting process, including projected financial statements and revenue/expense tracking
• Prepare information returns required by state and federal agencies related to tax and payroll

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with accounting classes equivalent to an Accounting minor
• 3 years of accounting experience required
• 3 years of experience in internal accounting within a healthcare system or CPA firm preferred
• CMA or CPA certification preferred
