Job Summary
Michigan Licensed Actuarial Manager, this full-time position involves conducting complex financial analyses and project management related to employer health and group benefit programs while ensuring quality standards and client deliverables are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial analyses and deliverables for multiple employer client teams
- Direct benefit plan analysis, design, and funding strategies
- Deliver accurate claim reporting and financial modeling to support client decisions
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in professional services, preferably in benefit consulting or health underwriting
- Knowledge of health and welfare products and services
- State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
- Relevant financial experience and/or university degree
- Progress towards completion of health actuarial designation or CEBS designation is preferred
