Job Summary

Michigan Licensed Actuarial Manager, this full-time position involves conducting complex financial analyses and project management related to employer health and group benefit programs while ensuring quality standards and client deliverables are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial analyses and deliverables for multiple employer client teams
  • Direct benefit plan analysis, design, and funding strategies
  • Deliver accurate claim reporting and financial modeling to support client decisions
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in professional services, preferably in benefit consulting or health underwriting
  • Knowledge of health and welfare products and services
  • State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
  • Relevant financial experience and/or university degree
  • Progress towards completion of health actuarial designation or CEBS designation is preferred
