Job Summary
Joining a dynamic healthcare team, the full-time Michigan Licensed Acute Care Dietitian will deliver nutrition care for patients, residents, and communities, utilizing the Nutrition Care Process while working up to 50% remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver individualized nutrition care through assessment, diagnosis, intervention, monitoring, and evaluation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide evidence-based nutrition counseling and training
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes and service quality
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field, or a Bachelor's degree meeting ACEND requirements (for eligible candidates)
- Eligibility for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) and state licensure/certification at time of hire
- 0-1 years of management experience and 0-3 years of related experience
- Proficiency in the Nutrition Care Process and knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and effective collaboration skills
