Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and conduct functional assessments
  • Provide hands-on, compassionate training to parents via telehealth to ensure consistency in the home
  • Monitor progress through precise data collection and collaborate with the broader clinical team
Required Qualifications
  • Active BCaBA certification from the BACB
  • Current Michigan Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) license or willingness to obtain it immediately upon hire
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in behavior analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
