Michigan Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

Representing clients in moderately complex civil litigation, the full-time Michigan Licensed Associate Attorney will manage cases from inception through resolution, providing legal advice and utilizing technology to enhance efficiency in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, hearings, trials, and drafting legal documents
• Provide legal opinions and strategic advice to clients while maintaining strong client relationships
• Utilize e-discovery and case management technologies to streamline legal processes and improve efficiency

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) or LLB degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the bar in Michigan and in good standing
• General knowledge of insurance law and No Fault law as necessary
• Proficient in e-discovery and case management systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases from start to finish under supervision
