Job Summary
Representing clients in moderately complex civil litigation, the full-time Michigan Licensed Associate Attorney will manage cases from inception through resolution, providing legal advice and utilizing technology to enhance efficiency in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, hearings, trials, and drafting legal documents
- Provide legal opinions and strategic advice to clients while maintaining strong client relationships
- Utilize e-discovery and case management technologies to streamline legal processes and improve efficiency
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) or LLB degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in Michigan and in good standing
- General knowledge of insurance law and No Fault law as necessary
- Proficient in e-discovery and case management systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage cases from start to finish under supervision
