Job Summary

Supporting marketing and brokering activities, the full-time Michigan Licensed Associate Broker will assist with submission strategy, negotiate coverage terms with carriers, and develop relationships with agents and clients while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with submission strategy, carrier placement, and preparation of submissions and quotes
• Negotiate coverage terms with carriers, including pricing, structures, and policy provisions
• Manage assigned accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and contributing to production goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant insurance designation preferred
• Early-career experience within wholesale insurance or a related environment
• Current state-specific insurance license required
• Foundational understanding of insurance products, markets, and underwriting considerations
• Interest in business development, sales strategy, and market positioning
