To support a growing practice, the full-time Michigan Licensed BCBA will design and oversee ABA treatment plans, mentor staff, and provide parent coaching while working 60% remotely with a manageable caseload.
Key responsibilities
- Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
- Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and maintain quality documentation
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
- BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
