Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans for clients
- Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors while conducting FBAs and tracking progress
- Provide parent coaching and maintain quality documentation and reports
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
- BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional status
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
