Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hybrid BCBA Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine individualized ABA treatment plans and develop Behavior Treatment Plans
• Supervise and support behavior technicians and case supervisors in the field
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and track meaningful progress on a monthly/quarterly basis

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
• BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional
• Experience with or willingness to work with adult clients with developmental and intellectual disabilities
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• 2+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred
