Job Summary
Leading the clinical side of care, the full-time hybrid Michigan Licensed BCBA Supervisor will design and refine individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and conduct functional assessments while mentoring care staff and families to foster meaningful progress.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Treatment Plans using evidence-based interventions
- Supervise and support behavior technicians and case supervisors in the field
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and track progress on a monthly or quarterly basis
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
- BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
- Experience with or willingness to work with adult clients with developmental and intellectual disabilities
