Job Summary

Leading the clinical care for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, the hybrid BCBA Supervisor will design and oversee ABA treatment plans, mentor staff, and provide family support while working 50% remotely and 50% in-home.

Key responsibilities

• Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
• Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide parent coaching

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
• BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
