Job Summary

To support youth in the juvenile justice system, the full-time hybrid Michigan Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician will administer psychotherapy, conduct clinical assessments, and coordinate treatment plans while providing crisis intervention as needed.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer individual, group, and family psychotherapy to children with severe emotional disturbances
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with client families
  • Monitor client progress and coordinate necessary behavioral health services, including liaising with juvenile court representatives
Required qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Current licensure in the field (LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, etc.)
  • At least one year of experience providing counseling to youth
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Certification in Child Mental Health preferred
