Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Peer Supports Policy and Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with project teams and community partners to enhance peer support integration and sustainability
  • Develop and deliver training on recovery principles and person-centered practices
  • Engage individuals with lived experience in program planning and community education efforts
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in peer support, recovery services, or community-based behavioral health work
  • Experience in policy, program development, or quality improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and facilitate training using adult learning principles
  • Knowledge and experience working within the State of Michigan
  • Certification as a Peer Support Specialist is preferred
