Key Responsibilities
- Partner with project teams and community partners to enhance peer support integration and sustainability
- Develop and deliver training on recovery principles and person-centered practices
- Engage individuals with lived experience in program planning and community education efforts
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in peer support, recovery services, or community-based behavioral health work
- Experience in policy, program development, or quality improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to develop and facilitate training using adult learning principles
- Knowledge and experience working within the State of Michigan
- Certification as a Peer Support Specialist is preferred
