Job Summary

Michigan Licensed Building Automation Director, oversees managers and engineers to lead automation strategies and standards for building management systems across multiple regions in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, governance, and standards for building management systems and automation across the global portfolio
• Oversee design, integration, and operational handoff of major automation initiatives across new sites and expansions
• Establish cybersecurity requirements and governance for operational technology systems in partnership with IT and security teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in controls engineering, building automation, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience leading managers or engineering teams across multiple sites
• Deep knowledge of building management systems, SCADA, DCS, and multi-vendor controls environments
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related technical field preferred
• Experience setting technical standards and leading strategic automation programs
